1998 - Joined hands with Parker to become its authorised distributors for Parker Brand Seals, O-Rings and Seal kits.
1999 - Expanded its business in OEMs, Coal, Cement, other Govt. & Pvt. Sectors.
2000 - Established its rapid presence & covered market all over India.
2001 - Opened Branches in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Dhanbad, Singrauli, Hazaribagh.
2002 - Annual Rate contract made with Northern coalfields Ltd., Singrauli
2003 - Entered into rate contract with the Singareni Collieries Co. Ltd
2004 - Entered into rate contract with the central Coalfields Ltd.
2007 - Entered in to rate contract with SAIL
2009 - Converted into a Private Limited Company by the name and style of ‘AMS International Pvt. Ltd’. for expansion plan and better Customer service support.

Association of AMS with PARKER for strategic business relationship dates back to 1998, when it became authorised distributors of PARKER products.
